As the FAE, you will be the RFIC expert supporting our Distribution Partners Sales Team. Our company is the premier supplier of front-end components and transceivers. Your role will be instrumental in continuing to scale our company presence in the U.S.  Our highest concentration of customers is on the West Coast/Bay Area 

Duties: 

• Work with our HQ AE/FAE and RD on technical matters for customer support 
• Explore customer requirements and specifications and initiate the new request for new parts development or revisiting of the existing parts.

• Business development, customer relations, and local marketing initiatives.
• Identification of product requirements and solutions.
• Weekly and monthly review of sales pipeline and business development opportunities.
• Sales forecasting and pipeline (CRM) management to meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Networking at various IT and other related events before, during and after business hours.

• Develop and deliver robust and safe embedded software for medical devices, from the concept phase through design, implementation, unit testing and integration, to manufacturing and post-launch support.
• Collaborate with engineers in mechanical, electrical, software, verification, and other fields to build innovative solutions and ensure requirements and specifications are met.

• Troubleshoot issues with customers via email, phone and chat providing step-by-step solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Spot and report customer requests by submitting JIRA tickets.
• Collect and analyze customer product or service needs and offer detailed reports to management.
• Create and maintain detailed customer interactions in Zendesk Ticketing Tool.
• Manage Client Entries in SalesForce, WAVE Portal, and LITMOS.
